American Made, American Sourced

At our 3D printing business, we are committed to using high-quality, American-made materials in every product we create. We source our filament from trusted U.S. manufacturers such as:

3D-Fuel, based in Fargo, North Dakota,

American Filament, located in Huntsville, Alabama.

These companies are known for producing premium filament with consistent quality, reliability, and performance. By choosing American-sourced materials, we help support domestic manufacturing while ensuring our customers receive durable, professionally crafted 3D-printed products.

The Filament

We carefully select our printing materials based on the intended use of each product to ensure the best balance of durability, performance, and appearance. For all of our outdoor and scent training products, we use a filament called, PCTG because of its exceptional strength, impact resistance, and superior ability to withstand exposure to sunlight, moisture, and varying temperatures. It is also highly chemical resistant and extreamly low oder, helping keep your scent picture focused of the soucre not the aid.

For our grooming organizers, we use PLA, PETG, or PCTG depending on the color options available and the specific requirements of the product.

PLA offers excellent print quality and vibrant color choices, while PETG and PCTG provide added durability and resistance to wear. By matching the material to the product's intended use, we are able to deliver high-quality, long-lasting products that meet the needs of our customers.

The Designs

Every product we offer begins as an idea shaped by real-world experience and a desire to solve a specific need. Using professional CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

We design and prototype our products from the ground up, drawing on our own hands-on experience in the field. From there, our product line continues to evolve through testing, refinement, and valuable feedback from our customers.

Many of our best improvements and new product ideas come directly from customer suggestions, allowing us to create practical, user-focused solutions that are continually improved based on real-world use.
