Return & Refund Policy

At Kreative Kanine, we take pride in creating quality products and providing excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Products

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the order cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging must be provided for review.
Once approved, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
We do not issue refunds for damaged items; approved claims will receive a replacement.

Returns for Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized products
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
Items returned without prior approval

I need a shipping policy. Most orders will ship between one to two weeks. how ever larger items and or orders could take up to three to 4 weeks. we use USPS and UPS. Free ground shipping over $50.

Processing & Production Times

Most orders are processed, produced, and shipped within 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Larger items, custom projects, and high-volume orders may require additional production time and can take 3–4 weeks before shipment.
Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $50 or more qualify for free ground shipping within the United States.
Free shipping applies to the subtotal after discounts and before taxes, where applicable.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to meet estimated shipping timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Kreative Kanine is not responsible for delays caused by:

USPS or UPS service interruptions
Weather-related events
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges for reshipment.
