Return & Refund Policy
At Kreative Kanine, we take pride in creating quality products and providing excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Personalized Products
- All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the order cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging must be provided for review.
- Once approved, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.
- We do not issue refunds for damaged items; approved claims will receive a replacement.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
- Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without prior approval
